Outsourcing to an On-Demand Workforce

One of the biggest things that I learned this year is that you need to outsource what you can so that you can get more work done.  This was very hard for me, as in some respects I am a bit of a perfectionist – I want to make sure that everything is done to my standards.

In that case, you would put your potential employees through a hiring process of sorts, and weed out the good from the bad.  This process can take some time, but what if you need to get something simple done quickly?

If you haven’t heard of it before, it is a marketplace that connects businesses to a scaleable workforce.  The way it works is you define the task that you need completed, assign a dollar value to the task, and post it on their job board.

From there, people from around the world can look at your offer and decide whether to do it or not.  Not only does this give you access to an on-demand workforce, but it is a great opportunity to get jobs done quickly without having to go through a hiring process.

So, if you are running a business, it is definitely worth a look – it might just be the solution you have been looking for.
