Bigger Isn’t Always Better: Managing Business Growth

Focus on What Counts and Ignore Distractions

I guess that the title of this post is maybe a little straight forward and almost hints that you might just not have the common sense to do what you are supposed to do.  I don’t mean to be rude or anything, but this realization just hit me this week:  I am very distracted.

Refresh Your Entrepreneurial Spirit by Taking a Break

relaxingcoffee One of the things that I find as an entrepreneur is that my mind is always working (or scheming) to find new ways to make money.  I will say that I am thankful for that, but at the same time, it can get a little tiring.
